What do you like best about Jenzabar One? The upsides I see for J1 web are the benefits for students to have a more user friendly environment and access to their information. The J1 web advising is also a great for advisers who need access to additional student information.

"Clunky DBMS that actually works"
What do you like best about Jenzabar One? I like that the whole campus from Admissions to Alumni relations can use the same DBMS without cumbersome integrations. Every department can have its own module and access rules can be modified to prevent tampering. The DMS has some impressive features such as ability to schedule communications with students or alumni, catalog management, even workflows.

What do you like best about Jenzabar One? I use Jenzabar EX for my daily operations as a college administrator. It is pretty easy to use and the functions and keys are pretty self-explanatory. The company has been great with detailed training when we pay for it.

What do you like best about Jenzabar One? I don't like very much about this system at all. The university I work for paid for the "vanilla" version and let me tell you, that was being too kind. We are currently upgrading in the next year or so but currently this system is so rudimentary and basic that you can barely call it innovative software.
