"Ok but the UI is pretty bad and the scheduling facility is awful."

What do you like best about Jenkins? First off, I need to qualify my review by saying that I don't have much experience with other build tools and I'm a fairly novice Jenkins users. Jenkins has ALOT of in-built functionality, almost to a fault (see dislikes).
