What do you like best? This system is very intuitive and easy to use. I was able to learn it in just a few days on my own. We do not have a dedicated recruiter and my team is small, this helps us to share information easily and know where candidates are in our hiring process. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Scheduling interviews and submitting the feedback also on the same platform. Track of the upcoming interviews for current or future days. What do you dislike? Not sure I am correct but I don't see my past interviews or feedbacks given. Currently its sync with the outlook calender is not working for me. What problems are you solving with the product?
