They listen, take notes and if they can't help right away, they do research and get back to you. User Friendly and Collaborative

What do you like best? The ability for multiple departments/ managers to coordinate employees and communicate What do you dislike? Overall the program is great, no complaints What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Jazz HR has made managing employees much simpler and streamlined the hiring/ managing process

What do you like best? I like that it integrates with some of my google extensions and has a tracking system. What do you dislike? That it is only available in English language. Excellent ATS

What do you like best? JazzHR is the best ATS I've utilized thus far, they have a great, easy to use system that they are continually improving. When I first started using JazzHR, I was a little frustrated with their search feature as I felt there was room for improvement, but within a month they rolled out an entirely new search feature that is far more advanced. Great tracking system

What do you like best? I like that I can directly contact and organize potential new hires right in the system. What do you dislike? I don't like the reports in it. The reports cant be tailored very much until after you run them. It would be nice to narrow down what report you want. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have greatly increased our overall hiring speed. We contact applicants within a matter of minutes now.

What do you like best? Still getting used to it but great Customer service What do you dislike? lack of onboarding but made up with hellosign. Recommendations to others considering the product: Automatic emails to candidates when interviews are scheduled.
