Easy to use tool ideal for fixed data sets

What do you like best? I liked the fact it took little time to implement this tool. It was for one of our legacy products. Very small table structure with five main modules. We did have the ability to add custom fields but, they were firmly associated with each model. Visually the tool is pretty decent and the administrative and advanced end user side is quick. What do you like best? We love the ability to customize and integrate iZenda into our SAAS product at a code level, giving us advanced control over it's functionality. What do you dislike? 72-hour customer support response time policy (however, they normally respond faster). What do you like best? The Izenda report engine is easy to use and requires little to no technical expertise to create reports with attractive visualizations. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to implement Izenda seamlessly into our .NET forms application was by far the best offering of all the reporting tools we trialed. With Izenda we can offer our users Dashboards, custom reports, and ad-hoc reporting, right within our own application.
