All in One!

What do you like best? Ease of use, nice to have my clients’ info right there to see. It remembers dates so I don’t have to! What do you dislike? Maybe it’s there but I haven’t found it yet, but it would be nice to be able to customize colour of the background. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping in contact with my clients via newsletter (I’d had great feedback from it, and keeping moving anniversary dates!

Short, sweet and to the point while using the system.

What do you like best? I love the feature of birthdays and move in dates, good reason to call them that day. What do you dislike? I would like to see the auto email feature a little easier to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Contacting more clients, plain and simple. Benefits are reminding to do the little things during and after the transaction.

What do you like best? Ixact is great for helping Sales Rep manage contacts, and for keeping in touch with clients and prospects via email and mail. the Social Intelligence feature is an interesting and helpful tool to help us learn more about our contacts and connect with them in different ways. Perfect for real estate!

What do you like best? My main use for Ixact is as a CRM, I can import or manually add leads, set up touch points and email blasts, make notes, add birthdays and move-in anniversaries. I also find this extremely useful for tracking showings and feedback, I love that I can print a report to give to each of my listing clients that looks professional. I love having my clients information available at all times

What do you like best? I like the data base the best. I haven't had time to look into anything else that it does, but keeping track of my clients is worth the money spent. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the all in one approach. The website contact helps to elevate your presence as a professional. CRM does the job of helping to nurture your contacts. Great Tool

What do you like best? I love the ability to have a monthly newsletter emailed to my database. The ease of use to create your own email is great. Tech support is op shelf. What do you dislike? The downside is that you cannot use photos taken by a cell phone. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/A What problems are you solving with the product?
