Best CRM
What do you like best? I love the social interaction and newsletter. What do you dislike? Nothing I really dislike. Only wish it came with a data entry person : What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All my contacts are kept organized. This system saves you time for other things you have to do for your business.

Our experience has been pleasant and easy to work this system.
What do you like best? The monthly newsletters to remind past clients we are still here to help them with their real estate needs. We can use the templates for buyers or sellers of good useful information to translate into a sale. What do you dislike? Our only complaint is the letters are not written as a team. Great price and multifaceted
What do you like best? It has all the capabilities of the more expensive crm s and does the same stuff. The best feature is the automatic newsletter. It’s a easy way to stay in front of your clients or prospects. What do you dislike? It’s a little difficult to figure out at first. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps with reminders so I can stay on top of my business.

Great concepts, could use some tweaks
What do you like best? Love the Keep In Touch Coach! It provides an easy way to keep up with all lead gen calls. What do you dislike? There are a few tweaks that could be made. For instance, there are some mass assign features missing (or perhaps more likely, mass UNassign. There have been a few times where we cannot undo something. What do you like best? If find Ixact Contact CRM to be very easy to use. Once you load in your contacts, you can do anything with a couple of clicks What do you dislike? What do you like best? Love the drip campaigns. Good automated content to stay top of mind with clients and future clients. What do you dislike? Some of the fields are more for our neighbors to the north; not used as much in the US. Recommendations to others considering the product: Good choice. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Great support service , well defined videos to learn, super product which covers every aspect. What do you dislike? So far nothing. they are improving every day.
