Simple, Robust CRM Platform

What do you like best? IXACT is easy to use, it has lots of options for many different points of contact with my data base. It has something for buyers, sellers, past sales and an easy transaction feature. The after sale nuturing component has been instrumental in keeping me at the tops of clients minds when it comes time to sell. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The dashboard is easy to use and navigate. It is also fast as compared to other CRMs in the market. The Drip emails are also well and professionally written which goes to clients depending upon the activity plan set. It also has a reporting & Setting Goals functionality for yourself. What do you like best? I like how I can set up drip email campaigns and also receive reminders on tasks that need to get done. I can also edit the content of the emails. Great Newsletter for Automatic Email Blast

What do you like best? The Newlsetter is great. It has well-crafted articles. What do you dislike? I dislike the fact that I do not rely on Ixact Contact, but instead, on my Google contact Data Base. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The Problem that I solve is keeping in touch with my database. The benefit is more listings!

I would recommend IXACT Contact if you are serious about your client managment.

What do you like best? I think that the monthly newsletters are great. You can personalize them, add your own articles, change the order of the articles, and select who receives the newsletter. What do you dislike? There isn't much to dislike overall. Love Using IXACT!

What do you like best? The auto newsletter sent out each month. What do you dislike? I have no dislikes in using IXACT. Everything means my satisfaction or exceeds it. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you don't want to spend a lot of time monitoring your contacts, this is the program for you. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to go in each time to send a birthday wish. Saves me a lot of time.
