What do you like best? I like the quick functionality of having the contact list on the right that can be filtered down by just typing in a few letters. That makes it easy to use. I also like the newsletter. What do you dislike? I do not like the app - it is not very user friendly. I also do not like that there is not one page where I can see all (or a lot) of my contacts to apply mass actions. It is a bit clunky at times and I do wish there was more keyboard ...

What do you like best? Its extremily versitle. Base line everything is great, but I love how simple it is to customize. What do you dislike? It really needs better reporting on notes. Additionally I'd like to be able to filter contacts more. For contact groups as an example, I'd like to be able to include ____ AND exclude ____ at the same time... Great CRM and super user friendly
What do you like best? I like the newsletter setups, the task lists, which can be applied and the fact, that I have a great, birds eye view on my business. What do you dislike? The website component and the lead generation aspect, which in my opinion is a bit lacking. I understand, that it is a CRM first and foremost, but maybe a partnership with an existing lead gen provider would be an option. What do you like best? Automated emails on a monthly basis that keep you top of mind What do you dislike? Very clunky, hard to manage, doesn't integrate with gmail well, interface is very dated. I'm not going to renew as it doesn't seem to fit future integrations very well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? iXACT in the right direction, but still far from perfection.
What do you like best? Most of their system and its ability to be run on Mac OS as well as Windows. What do you dislike? When I am working with a couple, I have to create two separate profiles for the husband and wife in order to see their names on my phone caller ID. This problem has been fixed in Brian Buffini's Referral Maker. The second annoying thing is that the software keeps logging me out after about 20 minutes or so in MacOS. What do you like best? Where it sync's directly from my email.. What do you dislike? If i want to make changes to a group of people, you have to do it individually, does not allow you to make changes to a group What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have been with IXACT for 5+ years, when I have asked for a change, they have worked to find a way to do it.

Ease of use, great customer service!
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to navigate the site and all of the options available to me in regards to automated emails and newsletters. What do you dislike? Nothing! I can't think of anything I do not like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I haven't had any problems with IXACT, but any time i've needed help understanding how to use something i've received excellent customer service.

Great CRM!
What do you like best? IXACT Contact is an amazing CRM. It's very user-friendly and has tons of great features. A monthly e-newsletter helps me stay top of mind with past clients and prospects alike, while the specific content targeted to a given client type allows me to nurture those leads beautifully.
