Great CRM - it's almost perfect!

What do you like best? I really like the automated webpage feature, the pipeline page is awesome as well. I set goals and it helps keeps me on track. I am very pleased with most of the functions with the CRM. I also like that now offers automated e-cards. For the price, this is one of the best CRMs on the market. What do you like best? The ease of use and automation to guide my transactions along is great. This CRM is truly meant for real estate agents and they have customized to fit all of my needs. What do you like best? It is easy to use. It gets the job more than done. It comes with great content. The content changes every month and it is relevant. My clients like it. I repeat my clients like it -- that is critical. What do you dislike? It is not all that simple to create sub groups for targeted mailings. What do you like best? I Like the auto monthly emails that go out to all of my contacts. It’s a great way to stay in touch without having to spend the time putting the email together and sending them out. What do you dislike? I don’t have anything that I dislike at this point. What do you like best? Ixact site provides bi weekly blog posts that post automatically giving site appearance of being active without working on the site What do you dislike? Site has very basic design and uses older design principles What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Web presence, contract forms, CRM.
