Most Relevant CRM for my Business
What do you like best? Ixact offers a very user-friendly platform, and great activity plans for nurturing buyer and seller leads. They are much less obnoxious than most and are highly customize-able which I love. The newsletters contain information relevant to the Canadian real estate industry which my clients find helpful. Pleased and Frustrated
What do you like best? I really appreciate the the tool allows me and my agents to stay on top of our leads using the Keep in Touch and Activity Plan features. It's super helpful to send messages to those leads and stay front of mind when they have slipped to the back of my mind. What do you dislike? I want to be able to quickly send leads to my agents. Having to go through the utilities to assign, and then not have my agent receive any sort of notification that they were sent a lead ...
