What do you like best? Ixact Contact is the perfect solution for a busy agent who doesn't have time to search for content and constantly email follow ups to past clients or prospects. A Must Have CRM for any Realtor
What do you like best? Very easy to track your Deals & Goals as long as you keep everything up to Date. A couple of clicks and you have your YTD report. What do you dislike? At times I find it a little clunky or awkward moving for following up item to going directly to the contact info. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Wasn't constantly following up with clients. This is simple to follow up once you have set it up properly.

What do you like best? How dedicated to Real Estate it is and also the fact that I can prepare a newsletter from the same software What do you dislike? The creation of the newsletter. What do you like best? Easy to use, awesome support, great price, and helps me keep my real estate business organized. (my life too What do you dislike? No dislikes that I can think of. Awesome CRM!
What do you like best? I like all the functions and capabilities IXACT has to offer. What do you dislike? I feel like it is confusing to navigate through. I still don’t know how to do half of what I want to do because there is so much to learn and that gets a little frustrating. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to stay connected with clients better

Great database / CRM
What do you like best? Without Exact I do not think I could keep all of my transactions in order. Any agent that has multiple transaction running at the same time could miss an important contingency date which could be very damaging. What do you dislike? There is not much I dislike about Ixact. Awesome company
What do you like best? This company was extremely helpful and initially setup everything for me. I can keep track of all my clients by setting up automatic notifications for all events including, move in dates, birthdays, anniversaries etc. an automatic newsletter goes out monthly to my entire database.
