Had purchased a Lifetime subscription, but they always put an expiration date of 5 years. Then I have to contact them to extend it another. 5 years James finally fixed the expiration date to lifetime. Have been using Ivacy for 10 years and they have improved constantly over the years. Lifetime is a fantastic value. Thanks James.

I was assisted by James at Ivacy
I was assisted by James due to my lifetime subscription with VPN has expired. He's helpful in getting it restored. Ivacy helps to block my ISP from tracking my every move online. Great customer service. Easy to deal with when there are issues.

Bought in early, has been great since.
I've bought in early to the ivacy.com service and it hasn't let me down since 2017. It's been reliable and support actually supports, which isn't always a given. I can highly recommend their service to anyone. Thanks for the quick fix Steve - much appreciated.

Great VPN
I've always had a good experience using Ivacy VPN. Occasionally the VPN would drop but I always use the secure download option which scans files for anything malicious, so sure this takes a hammering. Raising tickets is very easy and I've always had good responses in the same day if communicating only via email. Just spoke to Steve on online chat and he was very helpful.
