Top Notch Customer Service
They are the most polite, 24/7 customer service. There is no wait in my almost 8 years of using them, and contacting them a few times a year.

Excellent VPN and customer service
I have been with ivacy for 5 yrs and have a lifetime member. I have always found the connection to be quick and reliable. The customer serivce is excellent too. In the past I needed assistance with setting up the VPN on my router and the response was extremely quick and helpful. I am currently getting assistance from James with an account query. James has been excellent with his prompt service. I recommend ivacy for your VPN needs.
