Franklin just help me to solve the problem that anyother vpn company can't do it's hard to use a vpn in china now. first time i also have some problem on ivacy,i can't login. so i communicate with Franklin,and he is very patient。help me to solve it with openvpn. thank god u guys are amazing!!

Great price for a good vpn service. I have used them for 4 years and other than occasional gliches which are quickly resolved I can recommend them over others

Live chat with james Solved my issue in seconds
I have been using ivacy for some time now, and I have been fully satisfied with the service right until this morning when I started receiving this error message "there is a problem with your connection please try again later". I tried everything from restarting the app/phone to uninstalling and reinstalling but no avail, Fortunately a 30 seconds chat with James changed everything :)
