Updating the Ivacy app on a PC
Aaron was extremely helpful and patient. After about 30 mins, it turned out I was using an out of date Chrome Extension. He gave me a link to the official app, and once installed and logged in, I could access UK TV again.

Great VPN
Great VPN, had a problem tonight that was frustrating me but to my pleasant surprise i used the online chat for help, somebody got back to immediately, within seconds and after speaking for no more than a minute or two they solved the problem. Recommend this VPN highly
