Nice service 24\7
As a Linux user I had to face some troubles with configuring VPN connections (Ivacy Linux app is still missing, alas) but Ivacy service is always on top, all my problems have been solved. Just recently my connection failed completely, blamed it on the government (Mother Russia is trying to shut down all the VPN providers) but again mr. James solved it in one minute. Yet another sip of freedom for us.

Quality and support
I am an Ivacy user for 5 years now and I am very pleased with the speed of the connection and the stability of the vpn service. Today I needed support and I have been assisted by James, a very kind and absolutely fast and efficient member of the support team. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Ivacy VPN as a whole of quality services and helpful people.

Had problems connecting to a server…
Had problems connecting to a server (literally any server) and tried everything I found online to no avail. Finally decided to talk to a service worker in the livechat and James was very helpful. He helped troubleshoot my issues and got it working again. I can now watch American Hulu again!

Great service & great price for lifetime!
Great service, had to get my lifetime service extended after the 5 years lapsed. However James with the support staff was very helpful and was able to get me up and going quickly.

Been an Ivacy user for over 6 years now…
Been an Ivacy user for over 6 years now & it's been faultless... until 2 days ago & I couldn't connect. Contacted Support and James & Mason got the issue resolved & I'm back working. Thanks Ivacy :-)
