I have been a long time customer of Ivacy and it have worked really well over the years. I use it to be more secure in my surfing and also access when I am abroad. I have seen that they have been very good in providing bandwidth and hardly see any noticable delay. I was just about to prolong my subscription and saw that I could get a better deal with longer subscription.
