I had an issue which was resolved by Mason
I had an issue which was resolved by Mason. He was patient despite being disconnected he waited for me and in the background sorted the issue to save both of us the time. The man that loves his job and his customers.

I have ivacy and still had about 3 years or 4 left and ivacy has a great deal that I could not resist for 5 years so once I purchased it the expiry date was for 5 years but I had about 4 years on top of the 5 but it was saying it expired in 5 years I went to the ivacy website and went on live chat and Mason was very helpful and professional at all times he updated the expiry date and made sure I checked the new expiry date was updated he answered all my questions and quires very helpful and ...
