Lifetime subscription renewed successfully
I bought their Lifetime subscription 5 years ago. The expiration period was set to 5 years for tech reason, but I was informed that I could ask for renewal indefinitely whenever my current expiration date reaches. Recently I was approaching the end of first 5 years and I contacted their support, they promptly extend the expiration date by another 5 years without any hassle. The customer support Mason did a great job!

Having been using IVacy for quite sometime now and its fast and i feel very secure. The chat support rep james was very efficient in resolving and issue with my subscription

another "StackSocial"-ist here... my account has expired, reached out to the IVACY support, got in touch with Mason. He checked my purchase, and extended my account - no questions asked. Big shout to Mason and Ivacy!

Ivacy Lifetime is 5 years - unless you bought it from StackSocial
I am using Ivacy for the past 5 years and I am very satisfied. Customer support is responsive and helpful. Mason has provided all relevant information and processed my support request in less than 2 minutes. For others to know - lifetime subscription only last you 5 years but if you purchased the license from StackSocial - you have to contact support every 5 years to extend your current plan.

Fast efficient support service
Fast efficient support service. I had issues connecting when using the App. Through a live-chat with Mason, the issue was sorted out very quickly.

Reliable VPN, but doesn’t always get around international services
Found Ivacy through StackSocial five years ago and signed up for a lifetime offer. Was caught off guard when I discovered the “lifetime” of the subscription refers to the software’s 5-year cycle and not my own. :( Luckily I reached James with Customer Service and he informed me that StackSocial customers simply need to request an extension at this point. Problem solved and back to surfing. :)
