Great service and VPN
I bought a lifetime subscription a few years ago which needs to be renewed every 5 years. When I noticed my Ivacy VPN license expired I logged into my account, sent a message via their online chat and within seconds Mason responded. After a very brief chat he verified my purchase and reinstated my subscription for another 5 years. That being said, one could not ask for better support. Thanks again Mason.

I bought a lifetime subscription that needs to be refreshed every 5 years. When my Ivacy VPN license expired I sent them an email and received a quick response with a link to an online chat. James from their Customer Success Team responded to both my email and my chat request. In less time than it took me to type this he had verified my purchase and reinstated my subscription for another 5 years. My thanks again to James.
