Excellent Customer Service by Mason
I encountered connection problem due to expired subscription which was incorrectly imposed on my account. I used Webchat which was quickly connected to Mason, one of your service agents. Mason understood and resolved the issue in a speedy manner. He also asked me to check the connection to ensure the problem fixed as well as to provide information for future reference. Mason is an excellent, friendly and knowledgeable agent that your company should be proud of. Thanks again.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Mason helped me out fast setting things up and running. Ivacy is perhaps not the fastest VPN I have used, but it works great and I can do everything from streaming to surfing. But most important I can use dedicated IP on my windows laptop. thank you again Mason
