Review for the support team member Franklin: he's very helpful, patient and most important of all: giving the solution. Was having trouble in logging in for first time, connecting manually and connecting with Netflix. All got sorted out by Franklin who guided me step by step patiently. Many thanks!

I had some trouble setting up an openVPN connection, but I was helped quickly using Ivacy's onsite LiveChat by Tevec. Problem was resolved. Was happy that chat help was available at 10PM.
