Best customer support ever!
I would like to thank Ivacy team and customer support for their help. This VPN didn't work for me in Turkey (because of government restrictions) at all but the support team made their best to help me fixing the issue but because it wasn't working they made a full refund for me. I would like everyone who need a good support to get this VPN!!!!

Products works as described and support…
Products works as described and support tries to be helpful. I would give this service 5 stars alone for the quality of the VPN but I have had some issues with their back-office systems. Customer service has tried to help but they are also unable to fix an uncommon issue.

I've been using the product for a few years.
I've been using the product for a few years now and it has been doing everything I needed it to do. There have been some minor bugs over the years, but they have been fixed in reasonable time and were not affecting the entire service, but only some features like split tunnelling.The user interface has gotten better with each update and the feature set keeps improving.I have recommended the Ivacy VPN to others and they are all happy with the product.
