DO NOT TRUST for Static IP address
Dedicated IP service is unreliable. Technical support is limited. After experiencing problems for over a month I was told to contact them via 24/7 Live Chat. Then I was told I could only get the required help between 18.00 and 22.00 Singapore time. Waited all day. Special evening help was "let's try a new IP address". Days of billable work lost. Have lost all faith in Ivacy. Cancelling my account.

This company gets it Harris was awesome I had an issue with the subscription logged back into the app it updated no fuss quick and simple. Give this guy a raise cause he deserves it awesome cust service. top notch A++++++++
