Not that easy to cancel without being charged an annual fee
I first joined the 7 days trial for 0. 99, but couldn't find the way to unsubscribe, tried the online customer service twice, first time after seeing my question of wanting to unsubscribe, I simply got not respond at all, so I tried again, second time the staff asked me the reason why I want to unsubscribe, at that point my main reason to unsubscribe was because the ivacy app was not available in my country s playstore and also I don't feel so good abt the policy of ivacy, seems is quite ...

Terrible experience in general
It feels like customer service agents use scripts to interact with customers. They're a huge hassle to deal with as they employ a classic "wait don't go"-model, constantly trying to make you stay as a customer. Regardless of you insisting that you want them to honor their refund policy. For the customer support to act upon your request, you have to be as rude and disrespectful as the agents who gladly ignore what you write to them in what seems like a hope to tire you out of having to nag ...
