False Subscription Expired notice
I had a Subscription Expired notice, even though I had 3 years and 9 months left to run. I emailed Ivacy support and just two hours later had a reply. The resolution was a simple one, log out and then back in again. Ok, it shouldn't have happened but they do and to prove it, I rebooted my Synology NAS yesterday and that sorted out my MailPlus SMTP problem! There's a lesson there. Thanks to Ivacy for their quick attention.

I have been a customer for a couple of years now and never had any problems. Then I suddenly couldn't connect to the service anymore. Thankfully I was able to get assistance from Franklin via the websites online chat. He helped me to troubleshoot and solve the problem!

Have had a better experience with Ivacy…
Have had a better experience with Ivacy than with other VPN services. Support is quick and good - I had an issue recently that was speedily dealt with by Aberto on their customer support team.
