Resolved in 5 minutes, thank you Harris.
I have been using Ivacy since December 2016 without issues, then today it told me my subscription has expired which was strange as I had purchased a lifetime subscription. I logged in to my account and found it now said 13-12-2021, that said, today is 03-10-2020.I started a chat session with Harris, he was able to resolve the first issue in about 5 minutes, I was able to start Ivacy as before, the second issue, the lifetime subscription, was then explained, 3rd party vendors sell it as a ...

Harris helped me with my issue on my lifetime subscription pretty quick and it was less than 5 minutes after we initially talked. You guys have the best customer service I've seen from any company even rivalling Amazon. Thank you so much!

I bought a lifetime subscription in September 2020. Connections remain solid and fast for the most part. When using the tunneling feature I constantly had disconnects and was not able to connect to iPlayer in the UK from California. Occasionally, if my pc has gone to sleep or was in hibernation, the internet is cut off even if I don't have the kill switch feature activated. Ivacy does what it says it does
Ivacy does what it says it does. You can watch Netflix from different countries. And it keeps your privacy. Its pretty cheap too, so I am happy with it.

I've Used Ivacy For 3 Years
I've had a premium membership for about 3 years now and it has always worked very well for me. I enjoy being able to choose the country I appear to be in.

i am very satisfied with the service, runs smooth hasn't given me an issue till today and the rep Oscar was quick and on point helped me resolve the minor issue other than that i'm HAPPY.
