Duplicate account payment. Generous compensation and help
I for unknown reason had a duplicate account with automatic deductions. As soon as I brought it to Ivacy's attention, Harris from the Live chat, was not only very polite and helpful, but was extremely generous in compensating me for my issue by extending my subscription to 2024. Everyone makes mistakes and should be given the chance to correct their error. Harris went above and beyond. Ivacy has set the bar high. Well done and thank you.
