I was looking for a fast VPN and was about to subscribe to NordVPN when I came across the ProPivacy website that rated the fastest VPNs in 2020 with daily VPN speed test results. Ivacy ranked first. Then, when I checked the website, the special discounts being offered convinced me to subscribe. Installation and implementation were a breeze.

Was unable to connect
Was unable to connect. Harris guided me step by step thru the whole process, and problem fixed. Never the usual helpdesk non solutions like: "Check your internet connection", "clear your cookies" etc. but problem solving by asking just a few question, then come up with the solution. 2 thumbs up :)
