Support is fast as lightning!
2 minutes after I paid for 5 years VPN for only $71 bucks, I needed support, because the Mac version of the VPN software was for a newer vers. of macOS. I asked for a version that is compatible and 30 seconds later, I had received the compatible version and installed it. Geat, FAST support from a real human! Thanks! Bring it on! I spoke with a human named James!

Best chap help I've found with any company!!!
Whenever I've had any issues then the live chat is amazing as they just get it sorted for you. Spoke to Steve this time and he had lots of patients with my crappy old slow laptop, but he sorted the problem and I'm back in business. Great company. Can't recommend enough!
