I clicked on the chat help
I clicked on the chat help, and i got this lovely gentleman called James. i had an issue with downloading Ivacy app and the customer service James sent me a link and the app started to download which i am very pleased about. i also asked why i cannot stream and download on my tv jusing Ivacy again James helped me and sent me a link . very friendly very helpful and satisfied with the help i received .

Great service for more than 5 years now…
Great service for more than 5 years now and support agent James in particular. Not much happening, it just works. With apps. Maybe Windows app has to be better maintained to remove virus suspicion. That's all.

I came back to using Ivacy as they have…
I came back to using Ivacy as they have fixed the Split Tunnel issues I was having on Windows Server 2016 and James gave me a great. The servers are Fast and App specific Split Tunneling is working now so I'm a happy camper.

Posed an installation question to Steve and within 10 seconds he directed me to the proper version. Install was done 3 minutes later. Excellent on-line support!!!
