good VPN service!
I have been using the VPN service and I have never had a problem. I contacted their live chat to request an extension of the service and it was done very quickly. I was assisted by James in chat, who was very helpful.

I thought it was impossible but the rep knew exactly what to do!
I thought it was impossible and I tried for 2 weeks to make my vpn work but the rep was so efficient and knowledgeable! I am definitely staying with this service! They are experts on this stuff

I had an issue (I believe to be WIN 7 related) and I got on to the chat feature using the members area homepage. I was emailed a password from James and this quickly sorted out the issue. Quick, efficient and very responsive service.
