I love the constant updates to the app
I love the constant updates to the app. Been using these guys for years and they only get better. I had one issue with my account that I could not figure out but I contacted James at their tech support. He was awesome to deal with and got me all straightened out in nothing flat. I appreciate James and the whole team for making this service better and better

Instant lifetime subscription renewal
Mason renewed my lifetime subscription (it has to be confirmed every 5 years) instantly. He also helped me solve some connection issues in the same session with very clear instructions.

I purchased a lifetime membership via stack social and just had to extend it, since you have to renew it every 5 years. I talked to James and he was super helpful and is extending my membership. Very happy with the customer service.

Signed up for lifetime subscription on 28 April 2019, and just had it expired on 27 April 2024. I reached out to their support and James responded. He extended my subscription for another 5 years, no questions asked. Great support and VPN service! Love the support and the VPN Service. Great work Ivacy.
