Instant lifetime subscription renewal
Mason renewed my lifetime subscription (it has to be confirmed every 5 years) instantly. He also helped me solve some connection issues in the same session with very clear instructions.

I purchased a lifetime membership via stack social and just had to extend it, since you have to renew it every 5 years. I talked to James and he was super helpful and is extending my membership. Very happy with the customer service.

I love the constant updates to the app. Been using these guys for years and they only get better. I had one issue with my account that I could not figure out but I contacted James at their tech support. He was awesome to deal with and got me all straightened out in nothing flat.
