I was having trouble getting connect my…
I was having trouble getting connect my device to vpn and Steve the support guide me on how to solve the problem, I was using an old app so I need to update to newer version. He was very kind and patient with me and guide me through the process to solve the issues, now my vpn work like it should be. I’m very happy with the product and the customer service, by the way Steve the support guy replied to me in less than 10 seconds, and all process took me about 5 minutes. Thank you!

Had an issue connecting with dedicated VPN
Had an issue connecting with the dedicated IP address I'd set up with Ivacy. Support was slow compared to my previous experiences with Ivacy until they set me up on a chat with a support agent called Steve. He was helpful, patient & resolved the issue so I'm happy.

Topnotch Support as always!
I've been a premium user since 2017 and can't complain about their service. Also Topnotch customer support! Shout out to James who's been polite and fixed my account concern in a matter of minutes, that's premium in every way. Recommended!
