Had issue with dedicated IP
Had issue with dedicated IP. It took nearly 2hours to solve the problem. Samuel was there to guide and helped me throughout the period with patience and professional manner. I'm really appreciated his help. I wasn't expecting that depth of help but he didn't give up and solve the problem for me. His customer service is by far the best!

I bought a lifetime membership
I bought a lifetime membership through a limited offer from a well known company, and I have really never needed another VPN - IVACY really is good, and it is reliable and safe. Everyone else rating here seems to agree that their support is impeccable - they really are very sharp, and quick. Great VPN for the marginally paranoid.

Log In Issues
I went to login and I was unable to for some reason. I checked my account and it said I had to purchase a premium account, so I reached out to customer service. james assisted me with the issue and was able to resolve it very quickly. I was that impressed I updated my subscription to a lifetime membership. Very happy with the service.

Ivacy support is excellent
Ivacy support is excellent. I was assisted by James over chat. He was really responsive and fixed two problems within minutes. Support is always instant and always solves my problems!

Unable to login
I went to login last night and I was unable to for some reason. I checked my account and it said I had to purchase a premium account, but I had purchased a lifetime account in the past, so I reached out to customer service. I couldn't stay up any later so I went to sleep, in the morning there was an email saying the problem was resolved, it certainly was, I'm back up and running now.

Subscription issue fixed
My lifetime subscription purchased in 2017 expired. James at the customer service chat on the web site was able to assist in correcting this problem for me. They keep their word and, oh... the product works GREAT!

Had an issue with service saying subscription cancelled
Had an issue where it came up saying service is cancelled so i contacted support and spoke to James who was more than happy to look into this for me. A few minutes later is was fixed and working again apparently when it was set up it wasnt closed properly, hey mistakes happen we are only human after all.
