Today I once again got frustrated...
Today I once again got frustrated with not being able to use an app paid for. I contacted the help desk and was supported by James. He talked me through the steps I had to takto fix the issue. Very patiently might add Thanks James!

Signed up 2017....in 2022 I am still a big fan & regular user!
I have been a regular user of IVACY since 2017. One sees all these other VPN providers come and go - still in the end IVACY is all I need! IVACY is the real deal, great speeds and just works... Highly recommended!

Really good VPN & Great support
Really good VPN, but occasionnaly there are issues (usually due to my lack of computer-nous). Then the support service is brilliant. This last occasion I dealt with James and he guided me through it with considerable understanding, and quickly fixed the problem (was on a "free-plan app, when I am a paid-up client - due to my not downloading and setting things up properly). Thanks James!

I have been a customer of IVACY for about6 years and if ever a problem has developed day or night there has always been someone to contact so that I could continue on the net asap. All the operators have been very courteous JAMES I would like to single out who worked to fix a difficult problem until all worked perfectly
