I have had Ivacy for 8 years now
I have had Ivacy for 8 years now. In the beginning, there were some issues. But they always helped me out. The customer service is excellent. Most recently, Samuel helped me with some issues. He was great. Now their application is pretty solid. before I had to connect to their VPN manually through windows. But now I can reliably use their app. I have always had great service from their Customer SErvice department

i just had a great experience with Samuel he helped me and was calm did not treat me as in a harsh way even though i was clueless as to how to set up the vpn, he was calm and nice to me and i appreciate it a lot , super proffesional

Had issues with openvpn and moved to ivacy
Had issues with openvpn and decided to move to a new vpn provider with support for a dedicated ip. I today subscribed to ivacy vpn and everything works like a charm. Needed some support to get the dedicated ip running, but thanks to the help of James on the on-line chat I got it working within minutes.
