I was having problems connecting to…
I was having problems connecting to servers. I was going to cancel and request a refund. The support agent, Franklin, was very helpful and patent. He resolved my problem and now I am able to connect. Now I will not have to cancel. Thank you Franklin for your assistance.

I re-do my computer
I re-do my computer. I can login to Ivacy web site, but can't login to the Ivacy program. James helped me out to solve the problem super fast. He is very professional and understand what's the problem. Thank you James :)
