Remotely loged in Tech fixed everything
ALex and Samuel fixed my problem. Alex by remotely logging into my desktop did all the changes needed and worked for more than 10 minutes maybe 15 to get everything need downloaded and all connections working. Thanks a lot.

Great support and speedy resolution
James from Ivacy helped me with an issue I had where I had accidently bought a second subscription for my account. Even though it wasn't his responsbility to do so he directed me to the helpdesk telling me exactly what needed to be done! Within a few minutes after sending an email I had been refunded. I also wanted to use the app on my PC which I hadn't done for a long time, James was very efficient at getting me the right level of help I needed to get back into Ivacy and using my VPN. He ...

So i was looking to renew my VPN ( with Dedicated Static IP) and hit on this website IVACY. Though they presented their product in detail however i still wanted to talk to a live person before I could make any decision.
