Ivacy deliver refunds. Helpful company.
I bought Ivacy VPN last week. The VPN didn't work out as I planned with my devices and location. I bought the 5-year Black Friday deal. I explained my issues with Ivacy, they attempted to assist me with those issues, and I couldn't fix the problems. They were helpful with online support. They issued me with a full refund, and they respected the 30-day guarantee which was the honourable and respectful thing to do. Thank you.

connection issue resolved by CS by account refresh
after 2nd attempt, my vpn connection issue was quickly resolved by Steve by a 'refresh'. Tech guys should do better job not to let such issue happen. thanks
