TOP VPN, Fantastic Client Care!
A fantastic company to deal with, I have used Ivacy for the last 5 years and there is never too much trouble when you contact them, they have managed to unlock every Geo-restricted site I have ever contacted them about, the speeds are awesome for most streaming sights and most importantly my privacy is protected. A very nice VPN
Have been using the app for quite sometime. The VPN connects very fast. has a lot of locations available to switch. I also did not have problems with connection speed. One other thing I noticed is unlike other VPNs, Google does not prompts to put a captcha most of the time when you search, so that is just an added convenience as weel. Definitely recommended.

James, the 24/7 on-duty support agent, assisted me in extending my access to Ivacy's excellent VPN service. I was disappointed and angry for a minute until he calmed me down and explained the continued service experience. Thank you Ivacy!

Installing Ivacy app on Firestick

Hiccup but great support from James
As a lifetime account holder, the app just had a hiccup asking me to re-purchase a subscription. I used the chat function, and James was able to troubleshoot in a matter of seconds. Well done, and I am a happy customer.

Works great
Works great, perfect for torrents! Their support is pretty quick to respond the few times I've needed them. In the five years that I've been a customer, I've only had to reach out for help a few times and they're quick and helpful each time. The VPN service is pretty solid in general. Some of the connections get a little slow, but there are a lot to choose from and a lot of them are fast, so no complaints there. All around a good VPN.

I talked to Steve and in a flash he…
I talked to Steve and in a flash he solved a problem that had been harassing me for days, my vpn could not connect via the static ip, then steve did the remote access to my pc and magically solved the problem for me, Great Steve! 💪

Ivacy just works - and helps you if sth. is off
Ivacy just works. If something needs to be done (change email address in my case) you can open a ticket or chat with them and they are very - VERY quick to help you. James did a great job in assisting me. This is how service has to be. Thank you!
