Pretty seamless and simple
I've been using it pretty seamlessly for 5 years and then suddenly my lifetime subscription (via stack social) said it had expired. I was expecting the worst, but as soon as I contacted James via live chat, he explained that they were exending this for stack social purchasers and extended it immediately. Thumbs up.

IVACY FIXES PROBLEM WITHIN MINUTES
i had a issue icannot connect to any server's. i talked someone from ivacy support james. he fixed error within 1 minutes thanks very good customer support

I haven't used Ivacy for very long yet, but when I contacted customer service for help with an issue James helped solve the problem quickly. Customer service is very good.

Ivacy has never failed me
Ivacy has never failed me. Their customer service is defiantly top tier. I was unaware I had to renew my Lifetime Subscription ever 5 years. James on Ivacy's Live Chat was super helpful, informative, and made sure everything was resolved exponentially quick
