A CRM tool that can be customized and works great for both marketing managers and developers.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Its workflow tool lets us manipulate complex rules that would've been difficult to do. If it wasn't for Iterable, it would taken months to accomplish the required engineering work involved with another ESP. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love their customer support. Response times were really quickly. I favor their platform. It has enough simple APIs for me to create whenever I feel like it. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Building new e-mail within workflows. What do you like best? I love the ability to see "hot spots" on emails we send. I work in admin so the ability to see what links, and emails customers are looking at while I am helping them really helps me better assist them. Super responsive team and clean UI

What do you like best? The sales team is extremely knowledgable when it comes to what can be accomplished and how to get everything set up. The dashboard is intuitive! What do you dislike? Haven’t seen anything yet that I don’t like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have customers that use Iterable and we leverage the API for programmatic sends and the API is very clean and straight forward.
