What do you like best? I love the ability to see "hot spots" on emails we send. I work in admin so the ability to see what links, and emails customers are looking at while I am helping them really helps me better assist them. Super responsive team and clean UI

What do you like best? The sales team is extremely knowledgable when it comes to what can be accomplished and how to get everything set up. The dashboard is intuitive! What do you dislike? Haven’t seen anything yet that I don’t like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have customers that use Iterable and we leverage the API for programmatic sends and the API is very clean and straight forward.
