What do you like best? The workflow/journey editor has quite a bit of flexibility and customization -- allowing marketing teams to take raw data and yet operate very complex segmentations. What do you dislike? Even though the journey editor is complex by nature, some of the segmentation is overly complex. Iterable makes email marketing and data work seamless together

What do you like best? Integrations with platforms like Revv and the ability to build intergrations! What do you dislike? Could have a better reporting template that we can export into a PDF with client branding! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving segmenting problems that other email marketing platforms can't do.

Easily operated at all levels of marketing experience, quickly responsive when needed.

What do you like best? Intercom is always manned throughout business hours and the response time is always under 10-15 minutes. What do you dislike? Sometimes there are glitches in drag and drop templates that carry over to proofs prior to email sends. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Email fundraising, product promotion, advocacy.
