Really enjoying this high power, yet accessible tool.

What do you like best? Iterable is easy to get started. I was up and running in a few days then able to transition to more complex use cases by the end of my first week using. Also the team & training has been fantastic! What do you dislike? I would love to see Reporting/Analytics enhancements that include delivered (to email) reports and alerts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating clear and measurable work flows.

The best email marketing system I've come across so far.

What do you like best? Ability to create complex workflows but ensures the maximum population of users will receive a message. What do you dislike? Iterable has a bit more of a technical aspect than a few other systems and requires knowledge that a new marketer might not have, especially if they don't have access to developers or engineers to provide clarity. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the time to go through the Iterable academy. Read as much of ...

Multi-Channel Marketing and Constantly Updated Features

What do you like best? The User Interface is very sleek and flexible, allowing you to choose from a variety of different template builders. What do you dislike? I wish there was a place for notation in the nodes. I would also like to see increased search functionality where you could search for words in a Campaign or Template name without getting them in the exact order. It would be great if there were a customized foldering system for campaigns, templates, and snippets. It would ...

Excellent experience

What do you like best? Iterable is an extremely powerful engagement tool that my team uses on a daily basis to send personalized, segmented and automated communication to our users. The support team is very efficient and one of the key differentiating factors, in my opinion, is the ability to create complex workflows and connect them, via webhook with our own database. What do you dislike? UX and analytics could be improved and are not the best when we compare to other customer ...

Intuitive and Easy to use Software

What do you like best? I love how intuitive and advanced the platform is. What do you dislike? I wish that there was a mobile App or some way of sending emails/sms that did not involve login in to a computer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The platform is easy to use so it makes teaching it very easy. I never have an issue that tech support isn't able to immediately look into and compared to every other platform out there, ...

Great email tool!

What do you like best? I love that I can setup drip campaigns in Iterable. This helps me set an email and then I can not worry about the follow-ups. What do you dislike? The UX is a bit tricky. Sometimes it takes a while to load a list of contacts, and if you go too fast you have to restart. I wish this was a little faster. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Emailing all of our contacts on a schedule and sticking to it!

Difficult on-boarding but awesome functionality

What do you like best? Great tools, when you get into iterable you realize there's SO many options to improve your messaging and test and add functionality. What do you dislike? The main issue with iterable is just how hard it is to find all of those awesome tools. You need a really engaged onboarding person to make sure you can realize the full value and potential of the tool. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do a lot of diligence on how difficult the ...

Iterable and it's experience

What do you like best? Iterable has good campaign dashboard. And, I like the metrics of the emails. the Email on acid feature is the best and it helps us to test each and every email with ease. We have not take the eoa subscription and that's the huge benefit as per me. And the responsiveness of the emails and integrations are quiet simple. We don't have any database connected as of now. But, we will be integrating the crm soon. The campaign flow looks so easy, the workflows has so many ...

Great, stable ESP

What do you like best? Since we moved to Iterable 1,5 years ago I've been impressed with the level of customer support and opportunities of this ESP. There are many connections with external tools. I can say using Iterable has lifted our email communications and we're now starting to explore the connection with other channels like Facebook & app. What do you dislike? The handlebar logic is not easy to get your head around. I've seen more user-friendly ways of adding dynamic content ...

The perfect platform for medium to large sized businesses ready to expand their email strategy

What do you like best? I really like that Iterable has the toolsets for fairly entry level email marketing applications, with the ability to expand into fairly sophisticated enterprise solutions. That structure allows us to be very comfortable with building very long term relationships without concerns that we'll outgrow the platform anytime soon. What do you dislike? The platform is very API oriented, which is really important for the ability for you to grow the platform at your ...
