Iterable is amazing!

What do you like best? I love the chat feature. Having support instantly is so nice! What do you dislike? Not being able to branch in flow off event data easily. What do you like best? Ability to create complex workflows but ensures the maximum population of users will receive a message. What do you dislike? Iterable has a bit more of a technical aspect than a few other systems and requires knowledge that a new marketer might not have, especially if they don't have access to developers or engineers to provide clarity. Really enjoying this high power, yet accessible tool.

What do you like best? Iterable is easy to get started. I was up and running in a few days then able to transition to more complex use cases by the end of my first week using. Also the team & training has been fantastic! What do you dislike? I would love to see Reporting/Analytics enhancements that include delivered (to email) reports and alerts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating clear and measurable work flows.

What do you like best? It is easy to get and use data in Iterable, which makes driving personalization and workflows very straightforward. What do you dislike? The UI can be a bit confusing at first, and the reporting modules are fairly basic. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've created a much more robust customer lifecycle communication approach, and automated many of the touchpoints for our different customers.
