What do you like best? Iterable's platform is a HUGE step up from our former ESP. We are thrilled that we can now execute multi-touch marketing campaigns all through one system. We love the web push notifications and SMS integration and the segmentation and personalization capabilities are stronger than what we imagined. This system is still fairly new for us so time will tell once we start building deep logic with our trigger campaigns but thus far we are very happy. What do you ...

Easy to use!

What do you like best? Iterable is so easy to use. The interface is self explanatory and easy to navigate. Any concerns, issues, or random questions, Iterable is always there for you! What do you dislike? I was having issues know when there is a known issue with Iterable until I ran into the actual issue during my workflow. Example- lists not loading. They recommend signing up for email alerts- Problem solved! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Iterable is amazing!

What do you like best? I love the chat feature. Having support instantly is so nice! What do you dislike? Not being able to branch in flow off event data easily. You have to run a match query each time :( What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Personalization. Having the catalog tool really makes it easier!

Great Email Service

What do you like best? I love the ability to connect email to our CRM and databases. What do you dislike? I think having a data connection tool, like Workato, would make it a whole product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No issues, having several ways to draft e-mail templates is useful for different skillsets on the team. Having the ability to visually see e-mail workflows is a gamechanger. Having customer records ...

Iterable Review

What do you like best? My favorite thing about Iterable is how rich the data capabilities are. For the first time, I feel like I can really harness the data we have to create more compelling email campaigns. Their community is also incredible and all the help articles they have in their knowledge center are game-changers What do you dislike? Catalogs and collections are so confusing and the documentation on them kind of suck. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Iterable G2 Review

What do you like best? The friendliness of the UI and speed at which the system sends e-mails. Coming from an older messaging platform, Iterable has improved our workflow by making it more clean and efficient. Workflows in Iterable are one of the best features that allow my organization to set messages and revise them without lengthy correction processes. Lastly, I love the readiness and excitement that our Implementation Rep. and other members of the Iterable team bring to the table ...

Data Driven Omni-Channel Dream

What do you like best? Pass in an event and it'll be there on a unified customer profile forever. Leverage that information for advanced segmentation or run a workflow and use it in any number of ways. You can even process that event and add date to customer profiles from the workflows. Email, SMS, In-App, Push Notification - I've even used it to orchestrate programmatic direct mail. And they don't stop innovating and adding features. What do you dislike? Some of the reporting ...

Four Months In - Best ESP I've Used!

What do you like best? Flexible, user-friendly UI Extremely powerful segmentation and personalization Responsive and helpful support We've barely scratched the surface of what we can do with Iterable in our first few months and can't wait to keep building out better campaigns What do you dislike? Experimentation is powerful but not very user-friendly, could use some building out. Would be nice to be able to set more preferences for UI (i.e. what sort of notifications we ...

Marketing Manager, Retention

What do you like best? Iterable has a great user experience - the workflows and segmentation setups are easy to learn and make optimizing your campaigns easier and more efficient than any other platform I've used before. Their customer service is phenomenal as well. What do you dislike? I would love to see more of a defined roadmap for Iterable and what they are launching this year. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our ...
