italki is very flexible but also is direct and true to their policy,eg" their firm stand and go that extra lenghth for their tutors as well student.always send ad reminders, so far as asking about progress the tutors is very friendly and also do their best,and help their student and encourage .been on italki the comunication is wonderful between italki support group and teacher and student?awesome .always something in common.
