"Extremely useful"
What do you like best about IT Glue? IT Glue is in the process of replacing our intranet knowledge base and frankly it's been a huge breath of fresh air. Guides that can be easily updated by anyone, IPs, passwords, Networking things can all be kept here and seen by anyone who needs to see. We tried network drives (which became overly messy), Microsoft Teams (which no one really liked), and the intranet (which is just outdated in general).

What do you like best about IT Glue? Well thought out interface and organization, there is a place for everything. Quick and easy to copy paste, especially for credentials. Secure view of credentials to prevent it from sitting on a screen for too long.

What do you like best about IT Glue? This is a great tool for documentation. It is easy to use. Easy to learn, and they have great support if you need any help with anything. There are an extensive amount of predefined categories and you also have the ability to add and adjust any of the categories to how they will work best for you.

"A place for everything"
What do you like best about IT Glue? It's has a good built in structure that can be modified as needed. When just getting started its nice to have a template to work from, standardize, and then build as things just don't fit.

What do you like best about IT Glue? I love how easy it is to implement it and setup, the GUI is easy to use and you can configure the information you need to document according to your business need. It works with any browser and you have two way authentication abilities. You can manage from devices on your network to password, configurations and software licenses.
